MIDA will use its best efforts in protecting your privacy. This data protection and privacy policy sets out how MIDA uses and protects the information given to us through this portal.

Data Retention

MIDA will keep any personal information given to us as long as it serves the purpose the personal information is used for. When the Personal information is no longer required, MIDA will destroy the data by purging it from our electronic, manual, and other filing systems according to our internal procedures and schedules.

Changes in Policy

MIDA has the exclusive right to change this policy at any time. Any changes made by MIOA will be duly notified in this portal. This policy does neither form a contract, nor does it suggest any obligation on MIDA"s part with another party.
